Creative Leadership & Performance
From devising Zoom plays with young artists to writing & directing summer camp musicals to staging new works, I work to find a true balance between a meaningful and participatory process and an impactful product.
Original Works
I love to collaborate with musicians, students, or community members to write or devise original works. Previous collaborations have premiered at Astoria Performing Arts Center and Ashworth Theatre Company.
Separate from writing with children & communities, I also write narrative essays, solo shows, & other personal works.
Director
My directing practice is rooted in a person-centered, aesthetically engaging style, utilizing strategies from educators, community workers, and arts practitioners. I have led projects with Ashworth Theater Company, Acting Out Brooklyn, Broadway Jr. & Arthur Miller Fellowship programs, and the Program in Educational Theater at NYU.
Singer & Actor
A member of Actors’ Equity, I performed regionally and on tour before transitioning to arts education full-time. Recent projects include Now You Know, a musical solo show, and frequent collaborations with the NYU Verbatim Performance Lab.
